You must be enrolled in Virtual Branch (home banking) in order to use the app


If you access your account using the Virtual Branch feature (in the left margin) please verify your email address under the Personal Information tab when you log into access your account. This is the only way you will be able to reset your security questions--so you must have a VALID EMAIL ADDRESS on file or you will not be able to reset the questions without assistance. 

No one from Old South FCU will ever call, email or text you to ask you for any personal information including your social security number or your debit card number; remember, we have that on file. If you are ever in doubt if someone calls you stating they are from Old South, hang up and call the number you know to get in touch with us.  Guard your personal information with care!!
